The Simpsons Season 19

The Season 19 of The Simpsons was aired on September 23, 2007. The nineteenth season of the series had twenty episodes in it. The season starts with Mr. Burns inviting Homer for a dinner, and also pampers him with a flight on his corporate jet after he saved his life. Homer is flattered by the luxury of Mr. Burns’s corporate jet. He is so much in love with jet that he takes the vow of never flying the regular one again. In order to fulfill his dream of flying he tries to get work at Colby Kraus, but is unsuccessful. Just in order to satisfy his family and gain their respect, Homer tells them that he has got the job and pretends going to one. In the next episode, Homer has met with an accident and as an aftermath of the accident he has developed this strange ability to sing in an operatic voice, but only when he’s lying on his back.

When the rumor spreads around and people come to know about this, Mr. Burns immediately hires Homer to sing the leading role in his production of ‘La bohème’, turning Homer into a star overnight.
